Introduction
燃煤導生鍋爐為組裝式強制循環(huán)液相鍋爐。本系列鍋爐應用于供熱溫度390℃化工企業(yè),針對導生(聯(lián)苯-聯(lián)苯醚)的特點,按照低點排凈、高點放空進行設計,受熱面充足,由輻射受熱的密排方形盤管和錯列設計的對流蛇管組成。導生鍋爐尾部布置余熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預熱器,可降低排煙溫度,提高系統(tǒng)效率。
為提高鍋爐的安全性,材料選用耐熱合金剛管材,對接采用100%射線探傷,角焊采用100%表面探傷。
采用水冷前后拱,降低停電后爐墻蓄熱,保護前后拱的使用壽命。
采用PLC控制技術和變頻器調節(jié),使出口導生溫度控制在設定溫度±1℃范圍內(nèi)
It is the packaged forced circulating liquid-phase boiler and to chemical enterprises requiring 390℃ heat.Considering the characteristic of heat coductive(biphenyl-diphenyl ether),the boiler is designed to drainage at the borrom and emission at the upper level.Broad heating area consists of radiation heating sqiare coils closely-aligned and crossed convection coils.Heat recovery steam boiler and air pre-heater shall be mounted at tail of the boil in order reduce the emission temperature and improve the system efficiency.
Select heat-resistance steel alloy pipes to provide the safety .Use the 100% Laser flaw detection for butt-welding and 100% surface flae detection for fillet-welding
Use the front and rear water-coold vaults to lessen the heat accumulation on boiler walls upon the power failure and protect the lift of
front and rear vaults.
Adopt the PLC control trchnology and inberter regulation to control the outlet temperature at the design temperature ±1℃
